This is the Kohler forte single control pullout spray faucet. You can use this faucet with or with out the escutcheon plate which is include with the product. This faucet has a nice higher then normal spout and is available in 5 different Kohler finishes.Also consider adding a Kohler K-619 soap/lotion dispenser to you kitchen. Soap/lotion dispensers keep the counter free of clutter and provide a functional accessory.
